Job Description
We are seeking a skilled AV/VC technician to join our team. As an onsite technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting the audio-visual systems on our client's site. Based in Perth, this full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic technology-driven environment where your technical expertise will be highly valued.
Responsibilities
* Providing on-site maintenance for a range of audio-visual and video conferencing equipment
* Testing new AV/VC systems to ensure optimal performance
* Monitoring system health and proactively addressing any issues or concerns
* Collaborating with the broader technical team to implement upgrades and enhancements
* Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all technical work performed
* Assisting with project management and client communication as needed
Requirements
* Strong customer service orientation and the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
* Proficiency in the use of tools and software required for AV/VC system maintenance and configuration
* A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
* Knowledgeable in general IT and AV
* Australian Citizenship work rights is desirable
