Inventory Management Specialist
The Inventory Management Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the successful operation of our business by ensuring the timely and accurate provisioning of inventory/spares to meet internal operations and customer contract requirements.
* Ensure timely and accurate provisioning of inventory/spares (raw materials, BDS or consumables) to support internal operations and meet customers contract requirements.
* Provide contemporary inventory management services for operational and production activities, inclusive of purchasing, invoicing and the optimisation of stock levels through forecasting models.
* Maintain assigned inventory stocks across ERP systems in a cost effective, timely and efficient manner.
* Monitor the technical aspects of inventory related activities, ensuring compliance with contractual, company, and regulatory requirements.
Key Requirements
* Extensive experience in Supply Chain/Logistics/Inventory Controllers management within the Aviation or Commercial sector is required.
* Australian citizenship with the ability to attain National Defence Security Clearance (Baseline, NV1) is essential.
* Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, MILIS, or IFS is mandatory.
* Effective communication and reporting skills are necessary to provide meaningful insights to stakeholders.
