Paralegal – Commercial Real Estate
Global Firm – 2 days WFH
Salary up to $115,000 package

THE ROLE
As a Real Estate Paralegal you will be part of a large team and your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Commercial transactions from start to finish, including contracts, reviews, and exchanges.
- Preparing contracts for sale and post-exchange documentation.
- Handling settlements through PEXA.
- Advising high value commercial clients across their portfolios.
ABOUT YOU
To be considered a suitable candidate you must have:
- Minimum 2 years experience gained managing your own files
- Great organisational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and time constraints practically and effectively
- The ability to build rapport with clients
