The Role
* Lead Vertech Group's operations across Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria.
* Spans field delivery, commercial governance and client growth across inspection/NDT, rope access, specialist maintenance and complementary group capabilities.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Leadership & Operations: Own end-to-end performance, scheduling and delivery quality across QLD/NSW/VIC; ensure consistent safety, compliance and client satisfaction.
* Commercial: Drive pricing discipline, CTR/WBS accuracy, WIP cadence, invoicing and margin uplift; manage P&L and forecasts.
* Clients & Growth: Build long-term frameworks and panels, lead bid/tender strategy and pursue targeted regional growth.
* People & Culture: Develop supervisors, coordinators and inspectors; set expectations, coach performance and build succession.
* Group Collaboration: Integrate capabilities across Vertech, AUAV (Specialised Drone Services) Geo Oceans (subsea/ROV) and Sonomatic (advanced NDT) to deliver best-fit solutions.
Required Qualifications and Skills
* 8+ years leading multi-site operations in industrial services (inspection/NDT/maintenance or adjacent).
* Demonstrated P&L ownership with tangible margin improvement.
* Proven success with framework/panel contracts and major account growth.
* Strong HSEQ leadership, with practical field and office experience.
* High-EQ people leader who builds capability and culture.
