Business Manager
About the Role

We have a fantastic opening for an enthusiastic, energetic, and talented **Business Manager** to join us in this exciting time.
**Responsibilities**
- Proactively market to customers the various finance and insurance options available for vehicle purchases
- Support customer finance enquiries
- Organise all documentation relevant to vehicle finance and insurance
- Prepare and submit finance submissions to lending authorities for approval
- Assist with the settlement of vehicle purchases
- Prepare and report on department budgets
- Undertake customer retention initiatives
- Work with partner finance providers to stay up to date with products and processes
- Support department managers to deliver outstanding sales results and customer service
- Process and oversee payouts for vehicle trade ins
**Skills & Experience**
- 3+ years of experience.
- Full work rights in Australia
- Automotive knowledge would be advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise.
- Excellent attention to detail and following processes.
- Ability to provide great customer service and great phone skills.
- Effective conflict resolution skills to facilitate positive outcomes in a timely manner.
- Ability to work within a team environment with a can-do attitude.
