Our client, a family-owned business that has delivered innovative, cost-effective and sustainable alternatives to traditional construction methods for more than 15 years, is seeking to appoint a Business Manager – Estimating & Construction Delivery.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director and forming part of the Executive Team, this role will oversee end-to-end tender management and ensure the successful delivery of construction projects.This is a hands-on, full-cycle position offering rapid professional growth for a commercially astute individual.
You will provide oversight across active projects, including the interpretation and negotiation of head contracts and subcontracts, ensuring both commercial strength and operational excellence.Formal qualifications in Civil Engineering and Construction Management, combined with proven experience in Contract Management, are essential.The ideal candidate will be highly organised, calm under pressure, and adept at managing complex commercial relationships to deliver compelling tenders and strong project outcomes.
Confidence, sound judgement, and the ability to deliver clear, engaging client presentations are critical.Proficiency across estimating and business software—particularly Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)—along with strong analytical and mathematical skills is required.Our client fosters a culture of possibility and provides meaningful opportunities for individuals who are ready to contribute, learn, and share expertise.
