**In this role, you'll**:
Be a part of the Development Services team for the North region who are focused on understanding the particular needs of regional communities across NSW and delivering customer-centred integrated transport services and infrastructure.
Be responsible for coordinating and preparing TfNSW responses to planning authorities and private developers for land use planning and development proposals, in accordance with relevant legislation, statutory timeframes, policy and guidelines.
Work across a dedicated geographic portfolio of NSW North covering the area from the Hawksbury River Bridge up to Tweed Heads.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. You will need to be able to build rapport and develop strong stakeholder relations across multiple internal and external sources. You will need to leverage these relationships to seek the appropriate advice and information required to inform your decisions, as well as negotiate outcomes and overcome challenges.
