Classification: ANU Officer 5 (Administration)
Salary Package: $87,570 - $95,530 per annum plus 17% superannuation
Terms: 1x Full time, Continuing and 1x Full-time, Fixed Term (up to 12 months)
Position
The Administration Officer will support day-to-day HR, finance and student administration activities, including responding to enquiries, assisting with recruitment and onboarding program processes, financial administration and providing logistical support for coursework administration.
Working in a busy and supportive team environment, this position works closely with academic and professional staff and contributes to smooth and responsive service delivery, accurate record-keeping and clear communication with students, staff and central service areas.
This position suits a proactive and highly organized communicator who enjoys building connections, supporting collaborative research environments and contributing to the College's positive profile across the humanities and social sciences.

We are looking for an organized and approachable team member with strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to supporting academics and students.
You will have good communication skills, confidence using digital and administrative systems, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced academic environment, with well-developed IT skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, students and visitors.
Experience in HR, finance, customer service or office administration will be highly regarded.
