My client, a well established, award winning and leading Top 20 Chartered Accounting Firm with a worldwide group of office locations, is currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Client Services Officer/Administrator to join their team.
You will work to support a team with a varied client base, predominantly SMEs, including some of Australia's highest profile companies and individuals.
The role:
- Preparation and follow up of correspondence on behalf of accountants
- Liaising with ATO - lodging of documents, drafting correspondence and other duties as required
- Liaising with ASIC - including issuing annual company statements, completion of forms as necessary, registering/de-registering of companies
- Managing lodgement of tax returns and BAS
- Maintaining client database
- General adhoc administration tasks as required
About you:
- Client services experience (preferably within a Public Practice firm)
- Outstanding communication skills
- Corporate secretarial / ASIC experience
- Experience with ATO portal and reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines
- Be a reliable and proactive team player with high level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate with others in a team environment.
