We are seeking a skilled paralegal to assist with settlements and document preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Obtaining title searches;
* Preparing documentation for settlements;
* Reviewing PPSR releases;
* Drafting loan documents and other legal documents;
* Managing PEXA work spaces;
* Assisting with trust settlements;
* Assisting with pre-sale reviews;
* Attending paper settlements if required;
* Preparing internal and external correspondence;
* Assisting with fee estimates;
* Maintaining client securities;
* Managing files including invoicing and filing;
* Performing administrative tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* At least 12 months property-related or legal administration experience;
* Self-motivated and deadline-driven with problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills;
* High attention to detail and accuracy;
* Effective time management and prioritisation skills;
* Demonstrated knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel.
