Green by Nature is growing and we need a talented landscape gardener to join our dynamic team. Our high-end commercial projects include stunning hardscapes, playgrounds, open spaces, streetscapes and softscapes for prestigious clients such as schools, universities, councils, and land and property developers.
**Responsibilities**
- Mow, trim, edge and aerate lawns to maintain a neat and healthy appearance
- Select, plant and care for flowers, shrubs, and trees whilst ensuring proper soil preparation
- Trim trees, shrubs, and hedges and remove weeds to promote plant health and growth
- Identify and treat plant diseases and pests using appropriate management strategies
- Install, inspect, and maintain irrigation systems for optimal water distribution
- Assist in implementing pathways, garden beds, retaining walls, and drainage solutions
- Safely operate and maintain equipment such as tractors, ride-on mowers and ventracs
- Remove leaves, debris, and green waste while ensuring proper disposal
- Follow workplace safety protocols and environmental regulations for sustainable landscape practices

**About You**
- Certificate III in Horticulture; Parks & Gardens or Landscape Construction
- A current manual driver's licence
- White Card and Working with Children preferred or willing to obtain
