We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Office Admin / Picker & Packer to join our team on a casual, on-call basis during our busy season (now through March This role is perfect for someone flexible, organised, and ready to jump in wherever needed — from admin tasks to packing orders.

What you'll be doing
* Picking and packing customer orders with accuracy and care
* Helping with stock replenishment and stocktake
* Assisting with office admin tasks including answering phones, emails, and live chat
* Supporting inventory management and offsite packing
* Assisting with social media content and events organisation as needed

What we're looking for
* Someone proactive and willing to roll up their sleeves
* Organised, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting boxes (manual handling involved)
* Strong computer skills and quick to learn new programs
* A team player with excellent attention to detail
A love of craft or scrapbooking is a bonus
