About the Role:

The Clinical Senior Psychologist will play a key role in delivering expert psychological services across regional Local Health Networks (LHNs). The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for improving mental health outcomes in rural and remote communities, and experience working with multidisciplinary teams.

Main Responsibilities:

* Provide clinical leadership and supervision to psychology staff and trainees

* Develop and implement service improvements and professional development programs within the psychology discipline
">
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary mental health teams to deliver expert psychological services
">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

* A doctoral qualification in Clinical Psychology
">
* Registration as a psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
">
* Experience working in a mental health setting, preferably in a rural or remote location
">
* Strong leadership and management skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
