Project Manager Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our groundworks, marine and rail-based projects in Ireland.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of civils management and experience working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead site teams, fostering collaboration and motivation to achieve exceptional results
* Coordinate with the Health & Safety Team to ensure seamless compliance
* Oversee all paperwork processing for reporting and actioning purposes
* Establish strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meeting attendance
* Facilitate daily site meetings and participate in Senior Management Meetings
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years' management experience
* Prior experience managing multiple civil teams and projects
* Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Comprehensive understanding of current health and safety legislation
* Certified Full Driving Licence
