We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in a part time capacity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, keeping systems organised, and supporting day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing payroll and Xero
* Invoicing, reconciliations, and data entry
* General administrative duties including filing, emails, and scheduling
* Liaising with accountants and suppliers
About You:
* Previous experience in administration and/or bookkeeping
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident using accounting software (e.g. Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks or similar)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Well-organised with good time-management skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
