About The Opportunity A fantastic opportunity exists for a motivated Property Manager to join a thriving property management office. You will work closely with the Senior Property Manager to ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day property tasks and client relationships. Your daily responsibilities will include: Liaising with tenants and landlords to maintain strong relationships Conducting routine inspections and completing condition reports Leasing properties and coordinating maintenance Managing tenant records and communications Supporting the Senior Property Manager with administration and reporting About You The successful candidate will have: A minimum of 6 months' experience in the property industry Agent’s Representative Certificate or willingness to complete Exposure to platforms such as Property Tree, RTBA, VCAT Online, Ignite, and Inspection Express Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle Strong administration and customer service skills You will also have: Professional presentation and excellent communication skills Ability to work well independently and in a small team High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment What's in it for You?
