We serve clients across Australia and Oceania, delivering high-quality refrigeration solutions, including Ammonia and CO₂ systems.
Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Refrigeration Site Manager to join our construction team. This role requires travel, depending on site locations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage on-site construction and installation of industrial refrigeration systems.
* Coordinate and supervise technicians and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
* Plan and execute scheduled works, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
* Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and project managers.
* Provide technical expertise and problem-solving support on-site.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Experience in industrial/commercial refrigeration (preferably Ammonia and CO₂ systems).
* Previous supervisory or site management experience in the refrigeration industry.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and work both independently and collaboratively.
* Ability to obtain relevant supervisor licenses for the states you will be working in (e.g., QBCC Mechanical Services Supervisor License for QLD).
* Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
* Current driver's license.
* Forklift and Elevated Work Platform license (preferred but not essential).
