**The Position**
This is a key role for an experienced software developer to support the ANU's Centre for X-ray Micro Computed Tomography in the Research School of Physics in imaging sciences research and deployment of 3D imaging and data analysis. The Analyst and Software Developer will be working in a small team comprising experimental and theoretical scientists, research students and software engineers, working on software for geological data acquisition and analysis. This role is integral to the delivery/support of the Material Physics' CTLab and Digital material analysis team on 3D imaging and multiscale image analysis tools.
**The Person**
We are looking for qualified software developer with programming experience in C++, Python and JavaScript, as well as experience in computer system administration. We are looking for someone who likes challenging problems and encourages team members and colleagues to workshop effective solutions.
