As a Senior Registry Officer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the court’s operations, ensuring procedural accuracy, and delivering high-quality service to court users and the judiciary.What You’ll DoAs part of the Courts, Tribunals & Service Delivery team, you will:Provide procedural advice and support to legal professionals, the public, and judicial officers.Supervise and support registry staff, ensuring compliance with court rules and service standards.Manage court files, process documents, and maintain accurate records using digital systems.Coordinate daily operations, allocate tasks, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Deliver hands-on training and coaching to team members on court procedures and systems.You’ll work in a collaborative, high-volume environment where professionalism, adaptability, and attention to detail are key.What We’re Looking ForExperience in a high-volume, frontline customer service or court registry environment.Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain complex procedures clearly.Ability to supervise, support and train staff while maintaining service quality.Confidence using technology and digital systems to manage court processes and records.Download the Senior Registry Officer Role DescriptionAppointments are subject to reference checks.
