* Set up new projects and documents with accuracy and same-day turnaround.
* Prepare forecasts and reports within 24-hour timeframes.
* Coordinate staff travel and manage weekly timesheet reminders and office orders.
* Support onboarding by ensuring new starters are welcomed, equipped, and ready to go.
* Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, leaders, and clients.
* Anticipate needs, resolve issues quickly, and maintain consistent office supplies.
* Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying more efficient ways of working.
What sets you up for success

* Delivers on time, every time, completing tasks such as forecasting, timesheet reminders, and office orders within required turnaround times.
* Creates a great first impression for new starters by ensuring their workspace, equipment, and introductions are ready from day one.
* Communicates clearly and professionally, supporting project teams and responding quickly to keep timelines on track.
* Understands the bigger picture and how strong administration supports successful project delivery and client outcomes.
* Takes pride in continual improvement, learning Lucid's systems and processes, suggesting smarter ways of working, and building independence over time.
