We are seeking a polished, proactive Channel Agent Relationship Coordinator (Off-the-Plan)to provide operational, administrative, and relationship support to the Head of Sales and external agent network. This is a dynamic, client-facing role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong relationships, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
* Onboard, train, and support channel agents to drive off-the-plan sales performance.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with external agent partners.
* Coordinate property inspections, campaigns, launches, seminars, and networking events.
* Assist with sales reporting, data tracking, and campaign performance analysis.
* Ensure all agent and client interactions reflect professionalism and premium service standards.
About You
* Previous experience in real estate or off-the-plan sales is essential.
* Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
* Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
* Impeccable presentation and professional demeanor.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Skilled in CRM and digital marketing tools.
* Flexible to work Saturdays and after-hours events as needed.
