Facilties Administrator Responsible for providing high quality services achieving efficiencies. Directly engaged in the client facilities operations of the Department, the role is also Accountable for enhancing the reputation and image of Evolve FM and the Department through exemplary customer interaction and service delivery.

Main Duties


• Ensuring the facilities administration service delivery meets and ideally exceeds client expectations and established service levels and/ or benchmarks

• Work to defined procedures and outputs keeping Evolve FM's image and reputation at the forefront of performance of role

• Assist and support the Facilities Manager with operational activities in accounting and finance, maintenance and operations, vendor oversight, purchasing of material, equipment and supplies, occupancy services and helpdesk.

Qualifications


• Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements

• Good computer and software knowledge

• Track record of excellent customer service and service delivery

• Have a security clearance or ability to obtain one.

• Able to work within defined procedures and outputs.

Experience


• Track record of excellent customer service and service delivery

• Able to work within defined procedures and outputs.

• High performer with capacity and willingness to promote a positive workplace culture

• Passion for Diversity and Inclusion generally and Indigenous engagement specifically

• Strong communicator – Strong verbal and written communication skills, also an active listener

• Enjoys talking to a variety of people over the telephone and via electronic communications in a engaging, friendly and customer centric way

• Self-motivated, confident and energetic

• Flexible – able to adapt to rapidly changing situations

• Strongly goal-oriented – able to focus on meeting all performance targets

• Proven ability to initiate and follow through with improvement initiatives

Skills
