About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join NorCen Financial Services Limited as a Marketing Lead on a contract basis or part time employment. In this key position, you will be responsible for driving the company's marketing strategy and execution, helping to raise brand awareness and generate leads for the organisation's diverse range of financial services offerings. The role is based in Wallan, Victoria with flexibility for some remote work.
What you'll be doing
* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to support the company's business objectives
* Create engaging, on-brand content across various channels including website, social media, email, and print materials
* Manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns to drive website traffic, lead generation, and customer acquisition
* Collaborate with the branch team to align marketing efforts and support their lead nurturing and conversion activities
* Monitor marketing performance and provide regular reporting on key metrics to measure success
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing strategies.
What we're looking for
* Minimum 1-2 years' experience in marketing
* Proven track record in developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences
* Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
* Proficient in marketing tools and technologies including CRM, email marketing, social media, and analytics platforms
* Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications (or working towards a qualification), or a related field is highly desirable but not essential
