As a Heavy Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing heavy-duty trucks and associated equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in trucks
- Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and inspections
- Complete major overhauls on engines, transmissions, suspensions, and braking systems
- Use diagnostic tools and software to identify and rectify issues
- Work with a variety of truck brands, including Volvo, Scania, and other makes
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and manufacturer standards
- Work independently and as part of a skilled workshop team
What Were Looking For:
- Trade Qualification: Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent)
- Several years of hands-on truck maintenance and repair experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience working with Volvo, Scania, or other truck brands is beneficial
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- HR or HC drivers licence preferred (but not essential)
- Visa holders in Australia are encouraged to apply (sponsorship is available)
Auto Electrician Role Based in Kwinana
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical systems in heavy vehicles
- Install and troubleshoot wiring, lighting, and electrical components
- Experience with truck electrical systems required
Parts Interpreter Roles
- Kalgoorlie Permanent full-time role interpreting and supplying truck parts
- Kwinana Transition into a business development role, managing key client relationships and driving sales growth
