Ray White Semaphore are looking for a full time Videographer and social media content manager. You will work across property and profile marketing for all of our agents and agency.
Candidates must have 1-2 years of videography experience.
What you will need to succeed in this role -
You Must be a confident camera operator - Confident with mirrorless cameras, sound kits, gimbals and drones. You must be a skilled & fast editor - many of the property videos/auction videos are a same day turnaround 24 hours at most. Prior experience with property videos or an understanding of real estate and the market will be highly regarded.
What your week will look like -
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing is required.
* Property Videos - Full edits and sneak peek edits
* Property Auctions – Week day evening filming and occasional Saturdays.
* Agency & Agent profile/updates - Filming and editing content regarding real estate trends, local community information and property listing and sale content.
* Facebook/Instagram page management and posting - distribute content to social platforms and advertise to database, website and targeted audiences.
* Experience with Instagram and Facebook platforms is essential for social media management responsibilities.
* Drone photography - Ensure coastal properties have relevant drone photography.
* Property photography & floor plan experience would be highly regarded.
* Local promotions - Assist in collating/creating marketing materials for any local promotions and initiatives
Programs/Equipment that you will expected to use and understand -
* Lightroom & Photoshop
* Understanding of InDesign, Canva & Photoshop - An understanding of Graphic Design for agent/agency promotions and property listings
* Adobe CC - including Premiere Pro / After Effects
* Mirrorless Camera
* Drones
This position is a full-time role across a 6-day roster including occasional Saturdays and evenings due to Auctions or events. All equipment including Mac will be provided for the role. Salary or hourly rate will be dependent on experience and could be structured on a contractor basis.
