**What You'll Do**
**Client Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing wholesale clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to introduce our premium product range.
- Engage with external customers to understand their needs and ensure smooth order processing.
**Order & Sales Support**
- Assist in processing purchase orders, sales orders, payments, and account reconciliation.
- Collaborate with internal teams (warehouse, distribution, purchasing) to check stock levels and ensure on-time deliveries.
- Handle after-sales service, record customer feedback, and support ongoing client needs.
**Sales Operations & Reporting**
- Assist in processing purchase orders, sales orders, payments, and account reconciliation.

**Team Collaboration**
- Take meeting minutes and support sales team operations.

- Assist with other tasks assigned by the Sales Manager.
**What We're Looking For**
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written) - required.
- Experience in the beauty industry (cosmetics, skincare, Haircare or beauty wholesale) is a plus.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales support, business development, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of providing exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive attitude.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
