What You'll Be Doing
As a Café Supervisor, you'll play a central role in creating an exceptional experience for every visitor while overseeing the smooth day‑to‑day operations of the café. Your leadership will help guide and support the team, ensuring high standards of service, presentation, and safety. A typical day may include:
•
Providing hands‑on leadership, guidance, and support to our Café Assistants in collaboration with our Food & Beverage Manager
•
Delivering warm, welcoming, and attentive customer service
•
Maintaining a clean, organised, and inviting café environment
•
Assisting with opening and closing procedures
•
Preparing, cooking, and serving a range of food items
•
Ensuring all food displays are presented attractively and consistently
•
Operating the POS system and managing cash transactions with confidence
•
Upholding safe food handling and hygiene practices at all times

What We're Looking For

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Strong customer service experience in a similar environment which is busy and fast-paced
•
A people-first mindset and the ability to lead confidently while also working collaboratively
•
The capacity to work independently and support your team to deliver high-quality service
Required Qualifications
•
Current Working with Children Check (Employee)
•
Current HLTAID009 CPR certification
•
Food Handling Level 1 (desirable)
