We are seeking a results-driven Store Manager to lead our team at Gold Coast and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
In this role, you'll be responsible for driving sales, motivating your team, and maintaining the high visual and operational standards our brand is known for.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets through effective leadership and business acumen.
2. Motivate and develop a high-performing team to provide outstanding service and exceed customer expectations.
3. Oversee store operations, including stock control, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
4. BUILD strong customer relationships and ensure a personalised shopping experience.
5. Train and develop team members to enhance performance and skills.
6. Monitor store KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and retail standards.
8. Collaborate with regional and head office teams to implement promotions and initiatives.
About You:
* Previous experience in fashion retail management (Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar).
* A strong leader who can motivate and develop a high-performing team.
* Passionate about fashion, styling, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
* Skilled in visual merchandising and store presentation.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
