Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Procurement Officer to administer daily operations and logistics within our workshop environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date electronic records, ensuring workshop plant and equipment is well-maintained, and managing parts requisitions and receipting of goods in compliance with company guidelines.
Additionally, the Procurement Officer will be responsible for maintaining fuel, oil, and other critical operations consumables at agreed minimum/maximum stock levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in managing admin duties in a heavy vehicle workshop is essential. Purchasing/warehouse experience managing stock control and processes is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are also required.
Intermediate computer skills and Microsoft Office suite proficiency are necessary for this role.
