A leading Data Management company in Canberra is currently seeking skilled Data Entry Operators to join their team in support of the upcoming election. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a keen eye for detail, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Looking to commence early May 2025.
Position Type: Temporary/Casual Duration: 3-4 weeks, post-election. Hours: Minimum 35 hours per week
Shift Options:
* Morning: 8:00am – 3:15pm
* Afternoon: 3:30pm – 8:30pm Occasional Saturday shifts may be required
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately entering ballot numbers and other relevant data into the system
* Ensuring data integrity and high-level accuracy in all entries
* Meeting designated targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) within strict deadlines
* Communicating effectively with supervisors and team members on-site to ensure smooth operations
* Identifying and flagging any discrepancies or issues within the data to maintain quality assurance
* Adhering to all relevant data protection and privacy regulations
* Maintaining productivity and focus under tight time constraints
Key Skills & Experience:
* Strong typing speed and accuracy
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify errors quickly
* Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes
* Capable of working independently while contributing to a team environment
About You:
* Must be an Australian Citizen to apply
* Ability to pass a National Police Check
* Availability to work the required shift times
* Strong organisational and time management skills
