About the Role
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to expand our presence in Perth and surrounding WA regions. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our point-of-sale (POS) systems and integrated payment solutions to retail, hospitality, and service-based businesses.
You will focus on generating new business opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, and guiding clients through the full sales cycle — from initial contact to contract signing and onboarding. This is a field-based role requiring proactive prospecting, relationship building, and strong closing skills.
The ideal candidate is commercially minded, confident in presenting technology solutions, and motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets. Experience in B2B sales, POS systems, or merchant services will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities across retail, hospitality and service sectors in Perth and surrounding areas
* Proactively prospect through cold calling, networking, referrals and onsite visits
* Present and demonstrate POS systems and integrated payment solutions to prospective clients
* Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to improve operational efficiency and payment processing
* Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline and forecasts in CRM
* Work closely with the operations and technical team to ensure smooth installation and onboarding
* Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors and payment technologies
Requirements
* Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Confident in cold calling, prospecting and face-to-face client meetings
* Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented and able to work independently
* Strong time management and organisational skills
* Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within Perth and surrounding areas
