The opportunity
Lush and Green Pty Ltd is seeking highly skilled mower and brushcutter operators to join our team in Caboolture, QLD. This is a casual role, offering the flexibility to work around your schedule. As part of our Gardening & Landscaping team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the pristine appearance of commercial and residential properties in the local area.
Key responsibilities
* Operate ride-on mowers, push mowers and brushcutters to mow lawns and trim vegetation
* Safely and effectively use a range of landscaping equipment, including edgers, blowers and trimmers
* Collaborate with the team to ensure a consistent, high-quality finish across all job sites
* Adhere to all health and safety protocols to protect yourself and others
* Provide exceptional customer service and liaise with clients as needed
What we're looking for
* Strong experience as a mower or brushcutter operator in the gardening/landscaping industry
* Demonstrated proficiency in the safe and efficient use of a variety of landscaping equipment
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
* A valid driver's licence and your own reliable transport
* A can-do attitude and a genuine passion for maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces
