As a key member of our organisation, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding the financial trajectory of our social enterprise. This dynamic position requires a strategic thinker who can design and manage financial systems that drive meaningful outcomes.
You'll oversee all accounting and bookkeeping, developing monthly management reports and cash flow forecasts to inform business decisions. Additionally, you'll manage grant and contract acquittals, lead the annual budgeting process, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
This is a unique opportunity to align finance systems with HR, payroll, and CRM tools, embedding ethical, transparent, and relational finance practices throughout our organisation.
In collaboration with our Company Directors and Impact Development Lead, you'll provide strategic input to help us grow sustainably while staying true to our purpose. Key responsibilities include presenting to the Board or funders on financial position, trends, and forecasts, as well as contributing to risk management and business development initiatives.
