About Us
We're a leading metal roofing contractor supporting major residential and commercial builders across WA. With strong demand and a high-performing operations team, we're looking for a Construction Coordinator to take charge of scheduling, communication, and the smooth delivery of day-to-day installations.
This role is central to our success — you'll be the "control hub" that keeps projects moving safely, efficiently, and on time.
About the Role
As our Construction Coordinator, you will:
* Coordinate and schedule roofing crews, subcontractors, and site activities
* Liaise daily with roofing supervisors, building supervisors, contractors, and suppliers
* Keep jobs progressing by resolving issues quickly and staying ahead of delays
* Maintain accurate project info, documentation, and workflows in Aroflo/Procore
* Build strong relationships with trades and internal teams
* Support the General Manager with updates, reporting, and operational planning

What We're Looking For
* Experience in construction coordination, scheduling, logistics, or operations
* Strong knowledge of construction workflows (roofing experience a bonus but not essential)
* Excellent communication and people skills
* A natural organiser with exceptional attention to detail
* Confident using digital tools, scheduling systems, and project platforms
* Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple priorities
