* Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the commercial strategy for major retail channels.
* Manage and develop a team of five direct reports to deliver revenue and net profit targets.
* Drive customer planning, range reviews, promotions, forecasting, and trade management.
* Build external relationships and influence product development, marketing, and supply.
* Owning key initiatives across channel expansion, brand revitalisation, value-segment wins, and online growth.

Requirements:
* A proven Commercial Manager or senior National Account Manager with strong FMCG credentials.
* Experience managing big box retailers such as Coles or Woolworths at a national level.
* Experience with Aldi, Metcash (IGA), and Costco is highly desirable.
