- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor cash flow and implement cost-control measures where necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial processes align with business objectives.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Finance Manager Should Have
- A relevant qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- CA/CPA qualified
- Proven experience in financial management within a professional setting.
- Strong knowledge of Australian tax laws and accounting standards.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with financial software and tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to financial operations.
