About this role:
We are seeking an experienced Managing Lawyer to lead our Family Law and Family Violence legal team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior practitioner who is passionate about social justice, collaborative practice, and leading high-performing teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day service delivery, providing supervision and strategic direction to the team of lawyers, and contributing to leadership, strategic planning, and sector engagement activities.

* Lead and manage the Family Law and Family Violence legal team.
* Oversight of legal service delivery, including supervision, risk management, rostering and compliance.
* Provide high-level legal advice and casework in complex family law and family violence matters.
* Drive service planning, reporting, and program oversight in line with strategic goals.
Your profile:
* At least 7 years' post-admission experience in family law and family violence matters.
* Current practising certificate (eligible to supervise legal staff).
* Proven leadership experience managing legal teams and services.
* Strong advocacy, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Understanding of trauma-informed practice and a commitment to staff wellbeing.
