Industrial Maintenance Electrician – Day Shift Only
Join a Trusted Name in Australian Manufacturing
We're a respected leader in the building and interiors industry, and we're looking for a qualified Maintenance Electrician to join our high-performing Ballarat team. This is a day shift-only role in a modern facility with a strong safety culture and a supportive, self-led team.
What You'll Be Doing
As a key part of our maintenance team, you'll help keep our 24/7 manufacturing operations running smoothly by:
* Diagnosing and repairing electrical breakdowns (80% of issues are electrical)
* Working with PLCs, sensors, motors, pumps, and telemetry systems
* Supporting continuous improvement (CI) initiatives
* Maintaining high safety and housekeeping standards
* Collaborating with production teams to resolve faults quickly and effectively
What You'll Need
* A Grade Electrical Licence (essential)
* Strong fault-finding skills and a willingness to learn PLCs (Allen Bradley), SCADA (Citect), and VSDs
* A proactive, safety-first mindset and a team-oriented attitude
