THE REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role within an agency or PCO environment
* Diverse experience in delivering conferences, incentives, destinations, activations, and exhibitions for corporate, association, or private clients
* Conference experience is mandatory, including familiarity with EventsAIR
* Proven ability to manage venue, audio-visual, and F&B vendors
* Experience in partner and sponsorship acquisition, including preparing relevant documentation
* Understanding of digital event marketing campaigns
* Proficiency with standard tech tools (Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Canva)
* Some experience with collaboration, planning, and event/marketing tools (e.g., Monday, Slack, Deputy, Asana, Marketo, Slido), and virtual platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, OnAIR, Cvent)
* Knowledge of OH&S policies and procedures
