We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to join our friendly, professional, and highly driven operations Team in Lonsdale, SA. This is a hands‐on leadership role overseeing the efficient manufacturing of polyurethane tanks, meeting production and safety targets.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, your main responsibilities are:
* Lead manufacturing team members to ensure plan is met to achieve on‐time delivery (Line balancing)
* Update the Branch Manager on the production status of all lines
* Provide technical advice and support to ensure production targets are met
* Ensure consumables and inventory are used and accounted for correctly and accurately
* Maintain equipment and assist in installations and breakdown support (excluding electrical/hydraulic)
* Recruit, induct and train new employees following Company guidelines and procedures
* Actively engage with team members to build a high‐performance team culture
* Conduct skills assessments and build performance capability in the team by cross‐skilling and up‐skilling
* Collaborate with the HSEQ team to ensure that operators are trained to the current work instructions
* Ensure quality standards are followed throughout the factory and site
About You
* Tertiary qualifications in production, engineering or equivalent experience
* 3+ years' experience of leading a manufacturing team in the building manufacturing industry
* Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
* Strong understanding of production processes, equipment and safety standards
* Proficiency in using manufacturing software and systems
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with adaptable communication style
