The Role
The successful applicant will assist in developing and implementing systems and intervention strategies for effective case management to meet the individual needs of the students.
They will foster supportive links between students, families, the school, and relevant agencies, establishing partnerships with both government and non‑government organisations.
Supporting students and addressing diverse needs will be a key focus, along with collaborating with the Student Services team to provide social and emotional support, encouraging engagement and achievement.
The successful applicant will ideally have a positive, caring attitude, attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines, and thrive in a team environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for effective collaboration within the school community.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Good oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
* Effective planning and organisational skills
* Good research, conceptual and analytical skills
* Skills and experience in working with individual or small groups of students experiencing difficulties
* Knowledge of the youth sector, particularly local organisations and services
