The roleThe Executive Support & Correspondence Officer is responsible for managing the office of the Executive Director, System Planning Branch. These responsibilities include providing high level confidential executive and secretarial support. Liaise, negotiate and consult with senior management to ensure incoming and outgoing correspondence is completed in a timely manner.
The successful personTo be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated ability to liase effectively with stakeholders. You will have demonstrated experience in managing large volumes of correspondence and to meet deadlines in a fast paced and high pressure environment. In addition to this, you will be able to deliver a high standard of administrative support.
