**About Tingira**:
Tingira is located just a short drive from the naval base HMAS Albatross in Nowra, NSW. It is a 79-place centre consisting of a nursery room, toddler room, pre-kinder and kinder room. It operates from 6.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday and supports local defence personnel and their families. We are seeking an experienced 2IC to lead our dedicated team.

At One Tree Community Services, we take great pride towards inclusive practice, especially with our educators. We have a educators from all walks of life, who can speak different languages, come from different vocational backgrounds and sharing their transferrable skills.
**Our 2IC will have**:
- Successfully completed a min Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Current Working with Children Check
- Minimum 12months of leadership experience
- 3 days in the office and 2 days on the floor to mentor the team
- Passionate person who will bring positive energy and loves to collaborate with peers
- Sound understanding of the Reggio Emilia Approach
- A pioneer towards embedding best practice
- Excellent communication skills and has a person centered approach
