We are seeking a Project Officer who is skilled in data governance to join the Authority to maintain reporting capability and business continuity for the Resilient Homes Program (RHP). The role is responsible for critical reporting and data processes across our systems such as Salesforce, SmartyGrants, Power BI, GIS and PII data handling; and plays a key coordination role between business users and technical staff.
* Maintain and update core Power BI dashboards, End-of-Month reporting, ad hoc reporting and associated data logic definitions.
* Undertake ongoing data testing, data issue identification, quality assurance and maintenance to improve the integrity of program data, reporting and system outputs.
* Manage reporting workflows across Salesforce, SmartyGrants, Excel and Power Query, including data matching, validation and bespoke reporting.
* Maintain the documented PII data management process, including register completion, data output processes and compliant deletion timeframes.
* Provide broader data governance support through documentation, controls, process consistency, issue resolution and coordination with data engineering and GIS stakeholders.

* Tertiary qualifications or equivalent knowledge and experience in project management, communications or engagement.
