Key Responsibilities:

* Design Organizational Structures: Create and maintain the framework for job roles, hierarchies, and reporting lines to ensure efficiency and alignment with the organization's goals.
* Lead and support organizational change initiatives, including culture change programs and structure.
* Design and deliver training programs for managers and HR business partners on job creation and organizational design principles.
* Design and implement the Talent strategy to meet the changing needs of Pact.
* Develop methodologies for job creation and evaluation, ensuring that job descriptions are consistent with internal policies and procedures.
* Work closely with the P&C team and other departments to align organizational design with compensation, benefits, and overall business strategy.
* Lead a high-performing team of talent acquisition professionals, providing strategic guidance and thought leadership on talent acquisition practices, market trends, and emerging technologies.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with senior leaders across P&C and the broader organization to understand talent needs, anticipate future requirements, and proactively plan for initiatives supporting business strategy.
* Align talent acquisition activities to deliver diversity, equity, and inclusion in Pact's workforce.
* Utilize reporting and analytics to continuously improve the service offering of Talent Acquisition and identify opportunities to expand scope, reduce costs, increase productivity, or add value.
* Manage risk and governance across all talent acquisition operations and activities, ensuring the correct controls are in place.
* Design and implement customer-centric UX for candidates and people managers.
* Conduct assessments to understand the current state of the organization and identify areas for improvement.
* Regularly audit and recommend changes to the organizational structure to enhance efficiency and adaptability, bringing a view of continuous improvement and innovation.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

* A well-rounded leader with full leadership capability, experienced in leading and transitioning TA teams to provide strategic sourcing focused on direct hiring.
* Experience managing large projects involving organization-wide change management.
* Robust vendor management skills, preferably with experience managing recruitment agency panels, digital, and technical systems.
* Skills in critical thinking, analytical ability, and problem solving, with the ability to overlay commercial acumen to decisions and recommendations.
* Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, provide purpose, and develop high-performing teams.

* Experience in executive recruitment and advisory roles.
* Consulting experience in organizational theory or change management.
* Ability to collect and analyze data to inform organizational design decisions.

If you meet some of these requirements but not all, we encourage you to submit your application.

Qualifications:

* Qualification in HR or Organizational/Behavioral Psychology.
* LSI or Hogan Psychometric assessment.
