Are you ready to deliver results and take your career to new heights? As a customer service coordinator, you will be responsible for:
* Providing comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including expense management and corporate hospitality coordination.
* Ensuring timely completion of reports, both scheduled and ad hoc.
* Assisting in preparing customer proposals, presentation decks, business reviews, and tender responses.
* Supporting customer needs by providing spot rates, quotes, landed cost invoices, special supply orders, and one-off delivery requests.
* Managing operational escalations and proactively supporting customer development and retention by meeting deadlines and taking necessary actions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience in commercial/customer-facing/office administration – desirable.
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks & meet deadlines.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
