* Based in the Future Industries Institute at the Mawson Lakes campus
* Full-time, fixed term contract until 30 June 2028

About the role

This position reports to the Professor/ANFF – SA Node Director. In this vital role, as the Facility Manager: Australian National Fabrication Facility (ANFF) South Australia (SA) Node (Node), you will provide strategic and operational leadership to the Node.

To be successful you will need

* Postgraduate qualifications, or equivalent professional accreditation and standing, in Science, Engineering, Materials, or a relevant discipline
* Extensive experience in scientific testing, consulting services or research
* Demonstrated experience in the management of a technical/fabrication facility with diverse set of stakeholders
* Highly developed research and consultancy project management skills and the ability to consider relevant factors
* Demonstrated experience in major infrastructure and instrumentation projects for the purpose of further strategic development
