Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Support Officer to work with our Urban Development team in NSW to provide support across multiple projects. In this opportunity, you will take on a variety of duties across project financial administration and technical project support.
Key duties/responsibilities :
* Provide comprehensive project support services to the project team managers and their allocated team/s to ensure efficient and effective financial project control and management.
* CRM management, inclusive of data management for new and existing client/project details.
* Document control of sensitive information pertaining to project inclusive of uploading and downloading significant amounts of data.
* Assist with the tendering process (fee proposals, bid and tender activities) and the preparation of marketing collateral.
* Provide professional, confidential, and timely administrative support.
* Ensure delegated tasks are completed within the allocated time and budget.
* Project reporting, as and when required.
Qualifications
* Prior experience in similar role within a professional services or consultancy environment
* Experience in project support inclusive of supporting project finances and in-depth project reporting
* Proficiency with MS Office packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
* Effective time management and organisational skills including the ability to prioritise tasks effectively within a time pressurized environment
* Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
* Ability to work proactively within a busy team environment with minimal direction
* Strong attention to detail with accurate typing ability
* Self-aware, collaborative and solution oriented
