The opportunity

Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our friendly close knit team. This role will serve as the first point of contact for clients while providing administrative and clerical support to the Sales & Leasing department and supporting the wider team as needed performing ad hoc admin tasks.

Responsibilities

* Assisting Sales & Leasing Administrator, providing admin/clerical support to the department
* Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks
* Managing reception, answering all incoming calls, and directing through to the appropriate team member
* Overseeing management of property keys and liaising with both external and internal stakeholders
* Managing the company email inbox, ensuring efficient query distribution
* Managing ingoing and outgoing mail for the company
* Assist with end to end sales/leasing process
* Providing varied sales administration support including marketing campaign administration, document preparations such as agency agreements
* Ensuring all paperwork is compliant and in line with the company processes
* Assist with processing listings and sales
* Supporting the wider team as needed to contribute to the overall success of the business

About You

A self-motivated and highly organised, positive individual with a down to earth personality and a great sense of humour. Previous experience in an administration capacity, preferably in real estate or a related industry will be highly regarded. A great team player and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Competent skills in utilising MS Office Suite is required.
