Working with high-quality Australian produce, this role partners directly with executive chefs, procurement leaders, and F&B teams to deliver tailored culinary solutions across the Maldives, Seychelles, and Mauritius. You will drive new business growth, deepen existing relationships, and play a key role in shaping market expansion in a niche and highly specialised segment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand into targeted resort markets
Build long-term, partnership-led relationships with senior culinary and procurement stakeholders
Lead commercial negotiations, tenders, pricing, and contract renewals
Prepare tailored product proposals across premium meat and specialty produce categories
Collaborate with procurement, operations, and logistics to ensure seamless fulfilment via air and sea freight
Conduct regular business reviews focused on value creation and menu optimisation
Monitor competitor activity and emerging trends, providing insights to support product strategy
Represent the business at trade events, culinary activations, and international sales missions
Skills and Experience
Proven B2B sales experience within foodservice, export, or hospitality supply
Exposure to premium, high-end, or complex customer environments (highly regarded)
Strong commercial and negotiation capability, with experience managing margin and pricing models
Understanding of F&B operations and decision-making processes within culinary settings
Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive-level stakeholders
Energetic self-starter who thrives in a lean and agile business environment
Ability to travel internationally as required
